Fallachan, established by Chef Craig Grozier in 2012, is a unique organisation based in Glasgow, Scotland, offering tailored dining experiences for a range of clients and events.
We work with clients on location in their chosen venue, as well as providing a private dining location in our Fallachan Kitchen.
Fallachan also provides consultancy for premium brands and discerning establishments seeking advanced expertise and innate knowledge of food and drink.
Craig's commitment to innovative and intrinsic cooking and a deep-seated passion for what he does continues to be the driving force of the business.
Our food is created with inspiration from around the world but uses ingredients local to Scotland wherever possible.
Although Fallachan is located in the city of Glasgow, we are firmly aware of and play an active part in the food industry all over Scotland, particularly on the west coast.
Wild food has an important part to play in Chef Craig's dishes and creativity process. Foraging, however, doesn't just take place out in the wilderness of Scotland but in the urban green sites, rivers and walkways you find all over Glasgow.
Foraging for wild ingredients isn't solely part of Fallachan's sustainability ethos; it is also a big inspiration for a lot of Craig's creations and a valuable resource to keep the Fallachan larder well stocked with interesting pickles, cordials, wines and dried plants.
